| Brief Description of Research Project | The UIC Urban Transportation Center (UTC), in collaboration with the Great Cities Institute Professional Education Program, will provide curriculum design and instructional services in support of Metra’s operations management development program, Management Pro4. The scope of work includes instructional design, training and facilitation services, including but not limited to the following: develop instructional content in consultation with the Metra Workforce Education staff; develop a pilot training program; conduct the pilot program; conduct an evaluation of the training program’s effectiveness; revise the curriculum for future delivery as appropriate. |
