| Brief Description of Research Project | MTU will coordinate with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and other stakeholders, such as Michigan Railroad Association (MRA) to organize a 1-2 day Michigan Rail Transportation Conference. The conference will include presentations and workshops on rail related subjects, ranging from developments in high-speed rail to rural rail freight. Selected sessions may include web broadcasting and be recorded and posted to web to later viewing.
